Position: Performance Marketer
Location: Indore (Onsite)
Type: Full-time or Freelancing
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax)
- Manage lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns
- Handle medium to high ad budgets with ROI-driven optimization
- Run and optimize US-based ad campaigns
- Do keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Optimize ad copies, extensions, and landing pages for better conversions
- Set up and manage conversion tracking (GA4, GTM)
- Monitor performance and share weekly/monthly reports
- Coordinate with design/content teams for high-converting landing pages
Requirements
- 3–4 years of hands-on PPC / Google Ads experience
- Strong experience with US clients
- Proven track record with good ad budgets
- Ability to share portfolio or case studies
- Understanding of landing page optimization & CRO
- Can work as freelancer or full-time (full-time preferred)
