Recooty is an AI-powered hiring software that helps companies enhance their hiring efficiency by simplifying job postings, matching potential candidates’ profiles with the right positions, and reducing hiring time and costs.
So when they approached us for UI/UX design services for their website, their agenda was clear – To demonstrate and communicate Recooty as the top hiring software, companies will ever use.
Apart from designing their website, we also suggested a dedicated product video to explain their USP to their target audience better [more on that later].
For Recooty, we ideated and designed sections, visuals, CTAs, and overall design & interaction elements.
Problem Statement:
Given how the software acts as a 24/7 assistant to the hiring teams, their website lacked a clear value proposition and smooth navigation in terms of both visuals and CTAs.
Secondly, the position of existing clients and their respective testimonials was unstructured, considering the impact it has on visitors and potential customers.
Next, gaining trust through AI can be a bit skeptical, especially with tools that involve complex processes. Recooty struggled with communicating the power of AI and how it eases operations.
Lastly, the website lacked CTAs in strategic positions, which decreased user engagement and led to high bounce rates.

Our design team focused on detailed areas through creative visual solutions like:

- Explainable and jargon-free AI hiring section for better understanding.
- Clear and action-driven CTAs to encourage potential visitors to book a demo.
Styling Guide:
While designing the brand guidelines for Recooty, we came across an important observation –
Since the hiring industry runs on trust and clarity, we wanted to ensure the design doesn’t seem robotic and flat.
This led us to choose primary colors like shades of blue, purple, and gradients to give the website and product a confident and calm personality.
Plus, the website features modern typography, humanized design sections, and an intuitive interface that persuades visitors to take action.
Another important element that we integrated into the website is a clean layout spread over generous spacing that helped it position more as an AI assistant and not just a mere tool.
Micro-interactions:
The secret behind beautifully designed websites is how subtle their CTAs look and feel to visitors.
Because forceful, loud, and poorly designed interactions do nothing but turn visitors away.
So while designing these micro-interactions, we ensured usability without drawing unnecessary attention.
This includes buttons, smooth scrolling, and slight motion on pages while guiding users through the website seamlessly.
