About MotionGility
MotionGility is building India’s first AI-powered SaaS explainer video platform. We are also building a community brand- e-roof, and also a YouTube channel targeting todayโs content creation trends. This role owns both growing MotionGility’s product brand and its subsidiaries along with building founders’ profiles. We are not looking for someone who posts consistently. We are looking for someone who posts strategically โ every piece of content has a goal, a target audience, and a measurable outcome.

Key Responsibilities
LinkedIn & Founder Branding
- Own and manage the founders’ LinkedIn content strategy and publishing calendar.
- Write and publish content in the founders’ voice across multiple content pillars.
- Drive engagement, community building, and strategic networking.
- Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns and monitor performance metrics.
Social Media & Content Creation
- Manage MotionGility and subsidiary brand social media presence.
- Repurpose content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Create engaging posts, captions, newsletters, and social content.
- Research industry trends, AI tools, SaaS marketing, and startup ecosystem updates.
Analytics & Growth Strategy
- Track content performance, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing on content formats and messaging.
- Analyze competitor content strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Tools & Platforms
Social Media: LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X
Design: Canva Pro, Figma
Content & AI: ChatGPT, Claude
Analytics: Google Analytics, PostHog
Management: Notion, Buffer, Hootsuite
Video Editing: CapCut (preferred)
Requirements
Must-Have Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing LinkedIn content for founders or B2B brands.
- Strong content writing skills with the ability to adapt to different voices.
- Understanding of B2B, SaaS, and founder-led marketing strategies.
- Proven track record of driving measurable social media growth and lead generation.
- Fluency in both English and Hindi.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with SaaS companies or tech startups.
- Understanding of the Indian startup ecosystem.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and B2B lead generation campaigns.
- Basic video editing skills for short-form content.
- Experience building personal brands or founder profiles.
This Role Is Not Suitable If
- You believe posting consistently without measuring results is a strategy.
- You struggle to write compelling content quickly.
- You require extensive planning before executing content ideas.
- Your experience is limited to D2C, lifestyle, or B2C content marketing.
